Issaquah History Museums
Great for your little (and not so little) train lovers! The Issaquah train depot played an important part in the city’s economic development and is now a museum with opportunities to interact with educational displays. The train depot was built in 1889, and now holds a museum with exhibits that explore the industrial revolution, travel, communication, and the early economic development of Issaquah.
Group Tours Available! A guided tour is a fantastic way to explore Issaquah’s rich cultural heritage, and both museums contain hands-on elements that make history come alive! Trained guides use inquiry-based methods to engage visitors and let them guide the tour.
