​Have you always wanted to dance in heels but wanted to feel comfortable trying it out? The ‘Sizzle’ class is made just for you! Find your inner baddie – to feel strong, empowered, and confident. This 75-minute workshop will focus on strength and core training, heels fundamentals, and sassy choreography. Everyone is welcome – all genders and new to heels. Heels are optional…feel free to dance in sneakers or bare feet.

​About the instructor

Trina Schurman started dancing when she joined her high school’s dance team and continued over the past 15+ years, across various genres including jazz, jazz funk, heels, ballet, and hip hop.
