Midsommar – a vibrant showcase of crafts, art, and local delights!

Midsommar is a cherished tradition, a time when people come together as a community to revel in the beauty of the Scandinavian heritage. This year, the festival promises to be bigger and better than ever with an array of activities and attractions that showcase the richness of our culture.

This event will be held both outdoors in the park and indoors in the Ballroom at Vasa Park Resort, located at 3560 W Lake Sammamish Parkway SE, on Sunday, June 23rd, 2024 from 11 am to 8 pm.

What can you expect from the festival?

Delectable Delights: Indulge in culinary delights from two food trucks, serving up tantalizing treats to satisfy every craving.

Harmonic Harmonies: Immerse yourself in the melodies of live music echoing through the park, setting the perfect ambiance for the day.

Bonfire Bliss: Gather ’round the bonfire and embrace the warmth of community as we celebrate the spirit of Midsommar together.

Legendary Viking Ship: a symbol of ancient Nordic heritage, adding an adventurous touch to our festivities.

Refreshing Swim: Take a dip in the refreshing waters under the watchful eye of our lifeguards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Snack Shack Sensation: Visit our Snack Shack for a tempting selection of ice cream, slushies, and an array of snacks to keep your energy levels soaring.

Liquor Lounge: Unwind and raise a toast to the festivities with our carefully curated selection of beverages at the liquor bar.

Attention Vendors! With an expected attendance of 2,000 eager participants, our Midsommar celebration promises to be a grand event! Join us as we come together for an unforgettable experience filled with food, music, and merriment.

We’re inviting artisans of handcrafted gifts, art, and jewelry, as well as purveyors of flowers, fresh fruit, and delectable foods. Additionally, we welcome metal forgers, traditional craftsmen, sheep shearers, and those offering petting zoo experiences, among other attractions.

Please note: Vendors are responsible for arranging their booths with all necessary products and/or services. We have limited tables available.

Submissions must be received by Friday, May 31st. Each application will receive a response no later than Monday, June 3rd. Deadline to register for FREE is May 31st. Late registration fee is $40.
