Adaptive Cycling Center at Lake Sammamish State Park
Outdoors for All has opened a brand new Adaptive Cycling Center at Lake Sammamish State park where people with disabilities ages 7 and up can come ride a bike that works for them for no charge. The cycling center is open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm, and they can get almost anyone on a trike, handcycle, or tandem! Check it out and give this center a hearty welcome the next time you visit Lake Sammamish State Park! Find the Adaptive Cycling Center at the East end of the Sunset Beach Bathhouse (opposite end from the concession stand).

Action Track Chair NOW AVAILABLE courtesy of Washington State Parks
The Action Trackchair at Lake Sammamish is available this winter and spring by contacting the park for advance reservations. Call 425-455-7010 or connect by email. Advance reservations are needed so that staff can have the battery all charged up and contact the reservation holder if bad weather prohibits use of the chair. This all-terrain, motorized wheelchair that runs on a track (like a small sno-cat or bulldozer) is a fantastic way to get around Lake Sammamish! Users must bring ID and a friend to help with transitions between chairs.
