Boat Launch & Boating
The park has nine watercraft launches. Permits are required. You must have either a Discover Pass (one-day or annual) along with a daily launch permit OR an annual launch permit (Natural Investment Permit).

Kayaking and Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP)
Issaquah Paddle Sports Rentals, an outfitter for Kayak Academy, rents kayaks and SUPs at Tibbetts Beach in the park in the summertime. New to kayaking and paddling? They also offer kayak and SUP lessons and training camps.

Hiking and Biking
You will find seven trails in the park with trail distances varying between 0.3 and 1.3 miles long. You can also pick up the 11 mile multi-use recreational East Lake Sammamish Trail which runs along the east side of the park.
Picnic Tables and Shelters
Picnic at one of the 476 picnic tables (one sheltered) or three reservable large shelters that accomodate between 100 and 400 people. Reservations can be made by calling 888-CAMPOUT; 888-226-7688 or by making reservations online.
Playground
Your children will love the accessible, interactive and nature-inspired playground. The playground includes nods to the resident herons, salmon and the region’s mining history.

Softball/Baseball
There are two softball/baseball fields located near Tibbetts Beach Parking lot. They are first come, first served.
Soccer
Issaquah Soccer club maintains 7 full-size soccer parks and 2 modified fields.
Permission to use the soccer fields is required by both the soccer club and the park.

Sand Volleyball
Officially, the park boasts two dedicated volleyball courts and one sand court. But, you will find that many park visitors put nets on the beach and play right next to the water.
