Zine Workshop & Author Visit: Michelle Jing Chan
Join author and illustrator Michelle Jing Chan!Michelle will briefly discuss her cultural identity and path to becoming a fulltime author-illustrator then lead a comprehensive zine-making workshop for the remainder of the hour.
Michelle’s comics include My Grandpa’s Suits, which went viral and was featured in Buzzfeed, Upworthy, and Yahoo News, and her first graphic novel Somewhere in the Gray is expected to come out later this fall.
