Guided Hike and Yoga: Forest Forage and Flow
Come experience the natural and healing complimentary energies of yoga in the forest! Bring a friend, or make some new ones, as we ramble through the greenest Pacific NW greens, ID-ing plant friends (and maybe tasting a few) before settling in for some breath work and gentle yoga flow. Fill your lungs and fill your heart with yoga how it was meant to be practiced!
Hikes are approximately 3 miles, with low/moderate inclines and descents.
