Workshop: Intro to Heels

New to heels? This workshop is for you! We’ll cover foundations and then apply it in a fun, beginner-friendly combo to “Oops!… I Did It Again” by Britney Spears.
Trina’s Bio: Trina Nguyen has always had a love for dance and started dancing when she joined her high school’s dance team. Trina has more than 15 years of experience, including jazz, heels, jazz funk and ballet. She has trained at Westlake Dance Center, performing in Sign of the Times with choreographer Megan Adams for 15+ years, and with KGDP (Kristen Grace Dance Program). Trina was also an original member of Isaiah Rashaad’s Zay’s Baes performance training company.
