Voluntourism: Landscape Beautification at Sunset Beach Gardens at Lake Sammamish State Park, Issaquah Washington.

Join Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park in sprucing up the Sunset Beach gardens before spring is in full swing! We’ll weed, remove a bit of blackberry, and give our native plants some care before they wake up for the season. Families welcome.

What: Habitat Restoration, Planting, Gardening

When: 10am-12pm

Where: Lake Sammamish State Park, park in Sunset Beach parking lot

 We will supply gloves, buckets and tools. Please remember to wear layers, close toed shoes, rain gear if appropriate and bring water and sunscreen.
