Volunteer Opportunity: Restoration Along Issaquah Creek

Join the Three Rivers Chapter of Trout Unlimited as we partner with Green Issaquah on a special stewardship event during the Coexisting with Wildlife event. This month we will working along Issaquah Creek near Pickering Barn. The work party will be held during the Issaquah Farmers Market – volunteer for the whole work party or stop by to give restoration a try. Join us to dig out blackberry rootballs and remove invasive ivy from the riparian area. Issaquah Creek is an important salmon bearing stream and this is an ongoing restoration project to improve habitat and water quality.
