Longtime yoga teacher Kim Hutchinson will guide you into a relaxed and meditative state with light breathwork and gentle movement. Once in a relaxed state, you’ll be immersed in a soundscape of therapeutic tones to help you unwind and decompress.
No experience required.
Please bring a yoga mat, comfy layered clothing, a pillow (or two) a blanket, and anything that would make you feel comfortable.
