Eastside Sketch Society hosts a Mini Maker’s Space Event at Issaquah’s Alfresco on Front Street
Join the Eastside Sketch Society this Saturday between 11 am and 9 pm for a pop-up Mini Maker’s Space!
Al-Fresco on Front St. is going out with a bang for their final weekend in the form of Pop-up Parks from various community groups around town. We’ve claimed a spot and are putting together a place for folks to gather, similar to one of our Issaquah Drink n’ Draw events. But this time, there’s a bit more involved…
– CREATION STATION: Tables and floor cushions for folks to bring their own sketchbooks or projects to create for a while.
– DONATION STATION: Where you can donate old supplies that could use some love in another’s hands.
– PUBLIC ART GALLERY: Donate a piece to an art gallery that will grow as visitors come and go
– LIVE PRO ARTISTS: Professional Illustrators doing what they do best; watch the hosts and members draw large-format from prompts.

It’ll be a great time, not just to meet other ESS Members or local artists, but to join in something new, creative, and uniquely Issaquah.
