Matcha and Green Tea Comparative of China, Japan, and South Korea Class

Green tea is one of the true teas from Camellia sinensis and there are many different experiences of green tea depending on the country it’s from, the cultivar (hybrid), and the style of the tea maker.  Some tea plants for green tea are grown almost completely in the shade, while others are grown in full sun, and others are purposely grown at high elevation where they will be influenced by low hanging clouds.  The many variables have an affect on what you taste and it’s fun to taste and learn the difference.
