Guided Hike and Forest Flow

Join Sarah Weeldreyer of Sarah’s Greenheart Yoga on a Forest Flow Hike! By incorporating mindfulness techniques, we’ll connect to nature and ourselves. We’ll begin with a ramble around the Tradition Plateau, where we’ll identify and learn about some of our native plants. We’ll talk about walking meditation as a focus for the mind and finally settle into a flat spot for some gentle yoga flow to stretch our walking legs. We’ll finish by finding a peaceful sit spot to notice nature.
