Cooking Class: Savory Crêpes from France (adults only)

Transport yourself to the charming region of Brittany-France with our crêpe-making class, led by talented Chef Emma. Throughout the class, you’ll learn the secrets and techniques to craft traditional French crêpes, both delectable and versatile. Discover the allure of buckwheat in creating savory crêpes, like the classic Complète filled with egg, ham, and cheese, and the exquisite Champignon with mushrooms, garlic, parsley, and crème fraiche. Get hands-on with spreading techniques on traditional pans and modern crêpe makers. Satisfy your sweet & savory cravings with La Chèvre, a crêpe filled with goat cheese, walnuts, and honey. There’s a crêpe for every meal!

This is a hands-on format class for adults.
