Blackberry Jam-boree at Lake Sammamish State Park
Come learn about invasive Himalayan Blackberry, how to manage it as a weed, and also appreciate the delicious fruits. We will make some jam together and learn a classic food preservation skill – canning! All participants will go home with a jar of delicious blackberry jam that will be shelf-stable up to a year.
